Each year PAVE's board conducts a thorough evaluation of the effectiveness of its scholarship program by examining graduation rates of PAVE-participating students and their success after high school. The results are presented in a yearly graduation report; graduation reports are available in hardcopy upon request.

PAVE's board also encourages independent researchers to explore high priority topics in urban education.
