PAVE partner Hmong American Peace Academy (HAPA) is an independent charter school contracted through Milwaukee Public Schools. HAPA serves primarly families from Milwaukee's large and growing Hmong community, in grades Kindergarten through 10th. HAPA has earned a reputation for high educational quality and strong parent-school partnerships.
